We build SaaS, internal tools, and AI-native products end-to-end — strategy through launch through growth. Six live products, two more in production.

A physio clinic with 3 locations was drowning in paper intake forms — front desk staff re-entered data manually, patients waited 15+ minutes filling out clipboards.
Digital intake app patients complete on their phone before arriving. AI pre-triages and flags concerns for the treating clinician.
Patients love doing intake on their phone in the car. Our front desk went from data entry to actually greeting people. It transformed the experience.
Six products live, two more in production. Each is built on the same stack and process we use for client work — so you’re hiring a team that ships, not just consults.

Same five phases on every project — whether you’re shipping a v1 in six weeks or rearchitecting a year-old SaaS. Weekly demos, agile cycles, no surprise scope.
Market research, competitor analysis, feature prioritization, business-model validation. Before a single line of code.
UX design, technical architecture, database schema. Optimized for SaaS scalability from day one.
Agile cycles, weekly demos, automated tests, security implementation, performance optimization.
Stripe subscriptions, user onboarding, analytics integration, launch ops.
Performance monitoring, user feedback loops, feature expansion, revenue optimization.
A 5-person recruiting firm spent 4+ hours per role just reading resumes. We shipped an AI screening tool that parses, scores, and ranks candidates with match reasoning.

“We used to dread the screening phase. Now the AI gives us a shortlist in minutes and the match reasoning helps us prepare for interviews.”
You shouldn’t pay for auth, billing, or admin tooling as “extras.” Every project includes them by default — battle-tested across our own products.
Industry-standard login with OAuth, 2FA, and password recovery flows.
Complete Stripe integration with subscriptions, invoicing, and tax handling.
Comprehensive admin panel for user management, analytics, and configuration.
Revenue tracking, user insights, and growth metrics with visual dashboards.
If your question isn't here, just book a call — we'll give you a real answer.
Most v1s ship in 6–10 weeks depending on scope. The intake-app case study above was 5 weeks; ForeverNear's first paying customer was 8 weeks. We commit to a delivery date in the scope, and demo weekly.
Both. Roughly half our work is rescue — code from a prior team that needs hardening, refactor, or feature acceleration. Audit comes first; sometimes the rescue is 'rebuild it'.
We do this — Claude/OpenAI for most things, Anthropic via Bedrock when SLAs matter, custom inference (ComfyUI, vLLM) when the use case requires it. We won't push a model swap if APIs are fine.
Sometimes — for products we genuinely want to build alongside. Default is cash with a milestone schedule. Equity gets discussed only if both sides volunteer it.
Phase 5 (Growth & Optimization) is included for 30 days post-launch — performance monitoring, user feedback loops, quick fixes. Beyond that we offer a retainer or a fresh scope; never a forced renewal.
