STAIM Automations and Agents
AI agents and automations, built inside the tools you already use.
Lead response, document processing, follow-up and reporting, set up in your own environment with approval steps wherever you want a person to check the work. We scope it against your stack, give you one fixed quote and have it live in 2-4 weeks.

What we build
Five processes worth automating first.
Every engagement starts from how your team works today. We scope it against your tools, your volume and the edge cases that break things, then give you one fixed price for the whole build.

Inside our own stack
We run our own business on this.
Before we automate your process, we automate ours. This is how our own leads get caught, answered and followed up, around the clock.

How it ships
From a short brief to a live build in weeks.
One fixed quote, a demo every week, and 30 days of tuning once it is live.
- 01ScopeSend us a short brief. We map your current process over email and pick the highest-leverage automation.
- 02Fixed quoteOnce we understand the process, you get a scope document, a timeline and a fixed quote. Scoping is free.
- 03BuildAI goes inMost builds take 2-4 weeks, with a demo every week so you can see what's coming next.
- 04Live + tuneOnce it's live we watch it and tune it for 30 days. After that we can keep running it on a retainer, or your team takes it over.
Questions
Questions about price, timing and handover.
If your question isn't here, put it in a brief and we'll answer by email.
- Is this a fixed price or hourly?
- Fixed, but not off a price list. Every build is scoped against your tools, your volume and your edge cases, and once scoping is done you get one fixed quote. Scoping is free, and the quote covers the whole build, so there are no hourly charges or overage invoices.
- How long until it's live?
- Lead response, follow-up, and reactivation builds typically ship in about 2 weeks. Document processing and reporting dashboards usually run 3-4 weeks because they touch more systems. We commit to a date in the scope doc.
- Do you keep running it after launch?
- Only if you want us to. Hosting, monitoring, model API costs (OpenAI / Claude), and ongoing tuning can run as a monthly retainer sized to your volume. Or we hand you the source, the configs, and a runbook and you run it in-house. Both are normal.
- Can you tailor this to my industry?
- Yes. Privacy-aware routing for a clinic or document retention rules for a law firm are typical examples. We scope that work up front and include it in the one quote, so it doesn't turn into a change order later.
- What if I want to stop?
- If we're running it for you, the retainer is month-to-month after the first 90 days. Stop anytime; you keep the source code, configs, and a runbook for self-hosting, so nothing switches off when we do.
