Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Photorizz. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, uploading a photo, or subscribing, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use Photorizz.

2. The Service

Photorizz is an AI photo-enhancement service focused on dating-profile and personal-branding photography. It can:

  • Enhance lighting, sharpness, and color automatically.
  • Remove, replace, or blur backgrounds.
  • Apply professional photography styles.
  • Suggest best-angle versions of uploaded photos.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Photorizz.
  • You must have the legal right to every photo you upload.
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not upload or generate content that:

  • Depicts any person under 18.
  • Depicts another adult without their explicit consent.
  • Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Is used to impersonate, defraud, or deceive.
  • Violates any law, regulation, or third-party rights.

Violations result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement.

5. Your Content

You retain full ownership of every photo you upload. You grant STAIM CORP. a limited, revocable license strictly to store, process, and enhance those photos for you.

Enhanced outputs are yours to use however you like. We reserve no rights to your face, likeness, or images.

6. Subscriptions, Credits & Refunds

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
  • Manage or cancel in Apple App Store, Google Play, or account settings (web).
  • Credits (if purchased) do not expire while your account is active.
  • App-store purchases are governed by Apple / Google refund policies.
  • We consider direct refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

AI enhancements can produce unexpected results. We do not guarantee that any given output will meet your expectations. Enhanced photos are intended for personal use; you are solely responsible for how and where you post them.

Posting enhanced photos on dating platforms is permitted by us, but please follow those platforms' own authenticity rules (some dating platforms restrict heavily edited photos).

8. Intellectual Property

The Photorizz app, models, UI, and branding are owned by STAIM CORP. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute any part of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STAIM CORP. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Photorizz. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

10. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time from settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • On termination, all uploaded photos are deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes

We may revise these terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.

12. Governing Law & Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, unless local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
