1. Introduction
Photorizz is an AI photo-enhancement app operated by STAIM CORP. (“we,” “us,” “our”) designed to help you produce best-angle photos for dating profiles and personal branding.
Because you trust us with photos of yourself, we handle them with care. This policy explains what we collect, what we do with it, and the controls you have.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
Account Information
Email, username, password hash, and optional date of birth (to confirm you are 18+).
Uploaded Photos
Images you submit for enhancement. Stored encrypted and only accessible to your account. They are never used for advertising, shown publicly, or used to train third-party models.
Enhancement Preferences
Style choices, edit history, and saved presets that personalize your results.
Payment Information
Handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe. We receive only a subscription status, never your card number.
2.2 Automatically Collected
- Device type, OS version, app version.
- General region from IP (no precise GPS).
- Anonymized usage events (opt-in).
- Crash logs with photo content scrubbed (opt-in).
3. How We Use Your Information
- Process your photos through AI enhancement pipelines (lighting, sharpness, background, style).
- Deliver your enhanced results and save your edit history.
- Manage your subscription and provide customer support.
- Improve enhancement quality through aggregated, anonymized feedback.
- Detect abuse and prevent fraud (e.g., detecting CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or mass-uploaded third-party photos).
We never sell your photos or your data. We do not use your personal photos to train publicly available AI models.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on a small set of vetted providers. Each operates under data-processing agreements compliant with GDPR and CCPA:
- Firebase (Google Cloud, USA) — authentication, database, and encrypted storage of your uploaded photos and enhanced results.
- Nano Banana Pro 2 API — third-party AI inference service that receives your uploaded photo to generate the enhanced output. The provider processes each request statelessly and, per our agreement, does not retain input photos beyond the duration needed to return a result.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — in-app purchase processing. We never see or store your card details.
- RevenueCat (RevenueCat Inc., USA) — cross-platform subscription management. Receives an anonymized user ID, subscription status, and purchase events.
- Firebase Crashlytics — crash reporting (opt-in). Photo content is automatically stripped.
Because inference runs on a third-party API, your uploaded photo temporarily leaves our environment during processing. We do not use your photos to train any AI model, and the inference provider is contractually bound to the same.
5. Data Retention
- Uploaded photos: stored until you delete them or your account; you can bulk-delete any time.
- Enhanced outputs: retained until you delete them; auto-purged 90 days after account deletion.
- Account data: deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
- Payment records: kept 7 years for tax compliance.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and PIPEDA you may:
- Access a copy of your photos and account data.
- Delete your account and all uploaded images.
- Export your photo library.
- Opt out of analytics and crash reporting.
- Withdraw consent for optional features at any time.

7. Consent for Uploaded Likeness
You may only upload photos of yourself, or photos of another person with their explicit consent. Uploading images of someone without their permission is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
If you believe someone has uploaded your image without consent, email [email protected] and we will investigate and remove the content promptly.
8. Security
- TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest.
- Per-account encrypted photo namespaces.
- Authenticated access tokens with short lifetimes.
- Independent security reviews on major releases.
9. Children's Privacy
Photorizz is an 18+ product. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we discover underage accounts, we remove them and delete all associated data.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email before taking effect.
