By using Every Choice Matters, you agree to the terms described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

Every Choice Matters is designed as an offline-first game. We minimize data collection while still providing essential services.
2.1 Information Stored Locally (On Your Device)
The following data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

- Upgrade choices and preferences
- Graphics tier and visual settings
- Premium status (after purchase verification)
2.2 Information Collected With Your Consent
Analytics Data (Opt-In)
If you consent to analytics, we collect:
- Game progression metrics (zone reached, level)
- Feature usage patterns
- Session duration and frequency
- Device type and OS version (no unique identifiers)

2.3 Purchase Information
When you make in-app purchases, transaction data is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We receive only:
- Purchase verification tokens (to unlock premium features)
- Product IDs of purchased items
We do not receive or store payment card details, billing addresses, or financial account information.
2.4 Advertising Data
If you view ads in the free version, our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may collect:
- Advertising ID (with your consent on iOS 14.5+)
- General location (country/region, not precise)
- Device information for ad serving
Premium users do not see ads, and no advertising data is collected for them.

We use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain game functionality
- Process and verify in-app purchases

We never sell your personal data. We do not share data for targeted advertising beyond what is necessary to display ads in the free version.

- Delete Local Data: Uninstall the app to remove all local data.

Every Choice Matters is a general audience game suitable for all ages. However:

- Parents/guardians may contact us to request deletion of a child's data.
